Sorry, I couldn’t resist.

Yesterday, the internets were buzzing about Hugh Jackman (starring in a Broadway production of “A Steady Rain” with Daniel Craig) giving a theatergoer the business after their cell phone went off mid-show.

My question is who shot this video and sold it TMZ… video phone/camera in a Broadway theater?!

“The clip shows Mr. Jackman stepping away from an intense moment in his portrayal of a Chicago police officer to say ‘You want to get that?” to the offending cellphone user, a remark met with cheers from the audience. When the phone continues to ring, Mr. Jackman says, “Come on, just turn it off.”

Man, I kinda miss Broadway… but “methinks the lady doth protest too much…” It’s just theater right? Anyway, there’s gotta be more going on out there right? Somebody focused on what’s really news, right?

Look If you wanna see two real men in a real “steady rain” take a look… Let’s applaud both of them.
